International Conference on Auditory-Visual Speech Processing 2007
Submission of papers are invited in any areas of auditory-visual processing, including:
- multimodal processing of spoken events
- cross-linguistic studies of auditory-visual speech processing
- developmental studies of auditory-visual speech processing
- gesture and expression animation
- modelling of facial gestures
- auditory-visual speech synthesis
- audiovisual prosody
- neurophysiology and neuropsychology of audition and vision
- machine recognition of auditory-visual speech
- human and machine models of auditory-visual integration
- auditory-visual scene analysis
Prospective participants can submit a contribution in one of two formats. All submissions should be sent to avsp2007@uvt.nl:
- Abstracts of about 250 words, due March 1, 2007. Notification of acceptance will be sent out by March 15. Final 4 to 6 page papers will be due June 1, 2007.
- Full 4 to 6 page paper, due March 1, 2007. Notification of acceptance for full papers will also be sent out by March 15. Accepted papers can be updated according to reviewers comments, and resubmitted by June 1, 2007.
Submissions in both formats will be reviewed by members of the international programme committee.
All final papers will be published in CD-Rom form. In addition to the 4 to 6 pages, authors may provide audio/video files for inclusion on CD-Rom.
